2. Payment:
Payment for services may be collected before or after the services are provided, depending on our automated billing system, scheduling, weather conditions, or any outstanding fees. By making a payment, you agree to these terms of service.
Subscription Services:
- For subscription services, payment will be due according to the billing cycle specified in your subscription agreement.
- Consecutive delinquencies in payment will result in the termination of subscription services and will incur an early cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your subscription.
One-Time Services:
- Payment for one-time services is due upon completion of the service. One-time service payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription services at any time. However, an early cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance of your subscription will apply.
- To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
4. Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for services rendered. If you have any issues or discrepancies regarding your service, we encourage you to discuss them with our support team to find a resolution.
5. Weather and Scheduling:
Our services are subject to scheduling and weather conditions. We will make every effort to provide services on the scheduled date, but we reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
